About Shan Netball
Founded in 2020 with a simple vision: to create an environment where young athletes could receive high-quality coaching, develop a lifelong love of netball and be inspired to achieve their full potential.
Our story
From a small club to a leading academy
What started as a small club has grown into one of the region's leading performance netball academies. Year after year, we have continued to expand our programmes, develop talented athletes and create opportunities for players of all abilities to enjoy the game.
Today, Shan Netball supports hundreds of young athletes through weekly training, specialist masterclasses, holiday camps and competitive pathways, helping every player progress with confidence.
Our success has always been built on more than results. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, ambitious and supportive community where athletes are challenged to become not only better netball players, but better teammates, leaders and people.

- Competing in the London & South East Regional League
- Athletes progressing into county, franchise and performance pathway programmes
- Multiple league titles, tournament successes and individual player honours
- Delivering specialist masterclasses with elite coaches and players
- Building a thriving performance academy supporting athletes from primary school through to secondary school
Whilst we are proud of our achievements on court, our greatest success is seeing our athletes grow in confidence, develop lifelong friendships and continue their journey within the sport.
